I have developed a set of tools that lets me throw together simple first-person experiences in a couple days. My toolset is good for cinematics, clickable objects, jump cuts between settings, and inventories - most of the things I need for my stories.
I also have a standard block person I use for quick texturing and animation; I like filling my game with unique characters, so using a single 3D model streamlines character design for both me and collaborating artists.
